CALL FOR PAPERS

ICIL 2025 invites researchers, academics, and industry professionals to submit original papers in the field of industrial logistics and supply chain management. Abstract submission is no longer required, authors may submit full papers directly via EasyChair.

IMPORTANT DATES

CONFERENCE PROGRAM

The following is a preliminary outline of the ICIL 2025 program to assist with travel and participation planning. The structure is subject to change based on the number of submissions and final session organization. The conference opens on Thursday, 30 October with registration and a welcome reception in the evening.

• Registration will be available on 30 October (Thursday) and the morning of 31 October (Friday)
• An optional social excursion is scheduled for 2 November (Sunday)

This schedule is provisional and subject to change.

PUBLICATION

Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Operations Research series. Final selections will be made prior to the conference, and authors must submit revised versions by the deadline to be eligible.

INDEXING INFORMATION

The Lecture Notes in Operations Research series is indexed in Scopus, Research Papers in Economics (RePEc), and zbMATH. The LNOR volume containing selected papers from ICIL 2025 will also be submitted to Clarivate (Web of Science) for evaluation. Indexing in Web of Science is not guaranteed and is subject to Clarivate’s independent review process.

PAPER INSTRUCTIONS & TEMPLATE

To maintain consistency across the proceedings, we ask that all submissions adhere to the following guidelines. Please ensure the paper title clearly reflects its content and does not exceed 15 words, and that the abstract is limited to 250 words. The full manuscript, including all tables, figures, and references, should not exceed eight pages. Submissions must be formatted using the Springer Nature Word template; adherence to the template is a prerequisite for the paper to be considered for publication. Template is available for download:

Please note that Lecture Notes in Operations Research follows the Reference Style APA and Citation Style Numbered. Submitted papers must be original and free from plagiarism; all submissions will be checked for originality. PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes. A computer and projector will be available for slide presentations. The conference language is English.

CONFERENCE FEES (USD)

Registration includes access to all sessions, conference materials, and meals.
Invitation letters are issued after registration. Names must match passports to avoid visa issues. ICIIL cannot assist with visas or appeal denials.
Registration fees for authors are non-refundable. For attendees not presenting a paper, a refund (minus a $50 processing fee) will be granted if the request is made before September 15, 2025.
Additional guests are welcome to attend the Gala Dinner for a supplemental fee of $100 per person. Please indicate guest attendance during registration.
